1. Our commitment
YaarSMM respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes what we collect, why, how long we keep it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have over your data.
We aim to align with widely recognised data-protection principles including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), regardless of where you access YaarSMM from.
2. Data we collect
2.1. Data you provide directly
- Account information: name, email, hashed password, and any contact details you choose to provide.
- Order information: public social-media links you submit for engagement, the service selected, and the requested quantity.
- Payment information: the payment method you choose, the transfer reference / transaction ID, and the amount. Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Cashmaal for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay and SadaPay wallet transfers). We never receive or store your card details, bank credentials, wallet passwords, or private keys.
- Content-screening records: every order link is screened automatically against our prohibited-content rules (see section 7 of the Terms of service). When an order is refused or cancelled for that reason we keep the link, the reason, and the time, so repeat abuse can be recognised.
2.2. Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, OS, device type, language, timezone.
- Usage data: pages visited, timestamps, interactions inside the platform.
- Cookies & local storage: used to keep you signed in, store your interface preferences, and produce aggregate usage analytics.
2.3. Data we deliberately do NOT collect
- Passwords to your social-media accounts — we only ever need the public link to a profile or post.
- Sensitive personal data (health, biometrics, political opinion, religion, etc.) unless legally required or voluntarily provided.
3. How we use your data
YaarSMM uses your personal data to:
- Operate the platform and fulfil engagement orders.
- Manage your account, authenticate logins, and protect your session.
- Credit your top-ups, reconcile payments with the payment provider, and maintain your account balance.
- Provide customer support, resolve disputes, and send order-related notifications.
- Screen order links against our prohibited-content rules, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Produce aggregate or anonymised analytics to improve the product.
- Send marketing email only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email or by contacting support.
4. Legal bases for processing
We process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent — when you register and agree to this policy, and for any opt-in marketing.
- Contract performance — to deliver the services you order.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention, and product improvement, balanced against your rights.
5. Sharing data with third parties
YaarSMM does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data for commercial gain. We only share data in the following cases:
- Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, payment-confirmation services.
- Order delivery — to fulfil your order we transmit only the public link and the requested quantity to the systems that process delivery. We do not pass your name, email, or any identifier.
- Law enforcement or regulators — when compelled by a valid legal request, or when an account is used for content prohibited under the Terms of service and we refer it to the relevant authority.
- Corporate transactions — in the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to affected users.
All third parties are required to handle your data with security measures equivalent to ours. However, YaarSMM is not responsible for any data handling carried out by third parties beyond the scope of our instructions to them.
6. Data storage and international transfers
- Data is stored on cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS) that may process data in multiple regions. We rely on standard contractual clauses and provider-level safeguards for any cross-border transfer.
- Retention: for as long as your account is active, plus up to 2 years after account deletion, except where longer retention is legally required (e.g. financial recordkeeping).
- After the retention period, data is deleted or fully anonymised.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right to be informed about how we process your data.
- Right to consent or to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access and rectification of your personal data.
- Right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), except for data we are legally required to keep.
- Right to restrict processing in certain cases.
- Right to object to processing for marketing purposes.
- Right to data portability in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to lodge a complaint with YaarSMM or a competent data-protection authority.

8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data:
- HTTPS/TLS 1.2+ encryption across the entire platform.
- Passwords hashed with a secure algorithm (PBKDF2/bcrypt).
- Internal least-privilege access controls.
- Regular backups and a disaster-recovery plan.
- 24/7 monitoring and intrusion detection.
No system is 100% secure. In the event of a material data breach, we will notify affected users and, where required, the relevant authority within 72 hours of becoming aware.
9. Cookies
YaarSMM uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in (essential cookies).
- Remember language and interface preferences.
- Produce aggregate, anonymised traffic analytics.
Continuing to use the platform means you accept the use of cookies described in this policy. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, but this may affect sign-in and other features.
10. Children
YaarSMM is not directed at users under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians can contact [email protected] with concerns.
11. Changes to this policy
YaarSMM may update this Privacy policy over time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. For material changes we will notify users by email or in-app notice.
